We invite you to spend a relaxing vacation in this spacious, high-end 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor on the Lindau mainland. This bright, two-story attic apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and offers an unobstructed view of the Alps, which you can enjoy from the beach chair while sipping an aperitif.

The apartment features a spacious living-dining area on the upper level and has direct access to the sunny balcony. The very well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave, as well as a SodaStream machine for fresh sparkling water. An air conditioner is also available on the upper level if needed.

In the entryway of the vacation apartment, there are two fully furnished bedrooms with double beds (1x 180x200 cm; 1x 140x200 cm). The third room, featuring a desk and a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), can be used as a home office, bedroom, and/or living area. The owners provide board games for social evenings. With Wi-Fi and a work desk, the apartment offers the ideal conditions for a “workation”.
The exclusive marble bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower meets even the highest standards. A separate restroom is located next door. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

The entryway offers plenty of space for a relaxed arrival. Shoe cabinets and a storage room let you start your vacation organized.

During your stay, in addition to free bicycle parking spaces, we provide you with an exclusive underground parking space for one car. Dogs are allowed upon request.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gerade in der Küche. Es gibt genügend Aufbewahrungsschüsseln, Besteck, Gläser und Kochutensilien. Was für uns fehlte war ein Kartoffelschäler. Wir haben dort unseren 14-tägigen Sommerurlaub mit 2 Kindern verbracht. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell auf der Insel Lindau und den Gasthof Köchlin kann man zum Essen gehen auch gut empfehlen. Da die Waschmaschine zeitweise defekt war, hatte die Vermieterin netterweise unsere Kleidung gewaschen, das ist für uns nicht selbstverständlich gewesen.

Urlaub in Lindau

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung.Die Inneneinrichtung war uns zu steril, und das Mietshaus an sich hatte für uns eine seltsame Atmosphäre. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. In der Whg ist alles was man benötigt.Die Kommunikation mit den MA der Agentur“die Fee vom See“ ist sehr angenehm. Die Insel Lindau ist fußläufig in ca 25 min zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker, sowie ein Getränkemarkt sind in 2 min erreichbar. Klimagerät oben im Wohnbereich funktioniert gut, die Schlafzimmer werden warm, es gibt nur Innenrollos. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, aber zu teuer , auch wenn wir mitten in den Sommerferien sind.

Wir haben dort mit 4 Personen (Ehepaar mit Fast-Teenie-Kind und Oma) unseren Urlaub verbracht. Vorab hatten wir der Agentur unseren Wunsch hinsichtlich der Belegung der Betten/ Zimmer übermittelt, was auch perfekt geklappt hat. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist (schöner Stellplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden). Für Bahnreisende ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, da sie recht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt liegt. Außerdem ist die Entfernung zwischen FeWo und Schlüsseltresor extrem groß. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Wohn-/ Essbereich bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Küche ist mit ganz viel Geschirr bestückt, sodass man nicht immer sofort den Geschirrspüler anstellen muss. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
