3 bedroom 2 bath lake front home. 1 king bed and 2 queen size beds occupy the bedrooms. The living room hosts a futon sofa that can be used as a bed and chase lounger. House features a screened in back porch and an open porch over looking the lake. The driveway is perfect for easy boat parking as it is U-shaped. It connects to the road at two points, allowing vehicles to enter, loop around, and exit without reversing. The property features a well maintained path to the boat dock. Boat dock is shared but there is plenty of room for a boat. Boat ramp is one block away. Kayak, towables, and fire pit available on site. Furry friends welcome! Location is a short boat or car ride Soap Creek Social (restaurant) on the water.
