"Anything you asked the front desk about, was immediately followed by I need to ask a manager. That is if you could find someone working the front desk, as they were also responsible for the shuttle runs between the airport and hotel. Breakfast was not stocked. There was no fridge in our room, so they took one from another room and then all of our stuff froze. When taking a shower, the water ran right out of the tub and flooded the bathroom floor. They wanted to charge us an extra towel fee. It has been between 80 and 90 for a few weeks and the pool was not opened. No answer as to why or when it would be opened. Will not be returning!"
