Arrived at hotel and check in was fine. Got into my room (3) discovered the bed had marks on the sheet. Went to speak to reception about moving rooms, I was told there was no spare rooms. Asked them to change the bed and was told I would need to change the bed and that some fresh bedding would be left in the room. Full place was a disgrace, front of house at reception didn’t seem to care. Checked out and no one asked how the stay was etc Bar staff were friendly

The room I was given was a disabled one and I’m not … the beds was 2 singles pushed together and was so uncomfortable that I slept maybe 1 hour !! People slamming doors until 2am .. and I couldn’t go to reception and complain because it’s not on site .. the reception is maybe 300 meters away .. I would like my money back but I’ve had such difficulty in the past trying to change a date on a booking with hotels.com that I know I would have no chance ..

The shower curtain in the bathroom was black and dirty, needs a good clean, and there was marks on the bed lining, and also no pillow protects and pillows was stained. But the pillows, quilt and cover was nice, and the bed was very comfortable had a good sleep..Adam the receptionists was really nice and very helpful 👌 had a nice meal and drinks, it was bingo night which i love, just had to walk back in the dark to our hotel.. we had the ground floor which was good, but next time i will ask for second floor because its got a balcony, this place is massive because its a caravan park, with massive golf course. I will definitely be staying there again.

2 night business trip.

Nice hotel and lovely staff set in a nice countryside setting with 9 hole golf course. There is only one thing I could comment about. The bath towels are very small for a large adult, im 6ft 2 and 18st. They are more lije a large hand towel size.

Room was spacious but could do with a make over. Looked tired and dated with marks and scrapes on the wall. Bathroom had what looked like previous water leak in the ceiling and beginning to peel. Noisy extractor fan that randomly comes on during the night 2 beds put next to each other with king size mattress over the top but beds not locked together so began to separate. Firm mattress but base was noisy every time you turned over. Funky smell in the corridor as we walked in. Could definitely do with an upgrade. Sadly won’t be staying again

Nice super king size bed, good and comfortable. I found the pillows a bit hard, maybe one hard and one soft might be the answer! Lovely room but as my husband needs to plug in his breathing machine, we have to take extension leads for him to connect to, as there’s no plug by the side of the bed and the only one is by the kettle! Apart from that we enjoyed ourselves😊

Friendly staff excellent value

Room had all we needed for our overnight stay; no frills but this was reflected in the value for money price. Family fun could be had on onsite golf course and meals at the guest services centre

Would definitely recommend.

I was a little worried having read some of the reviews after I had booked a room. However I found checking in straight forward, hotel room clean and tidy, and balcony a bonus. Some minor issues with peeling paint above bath/shower possibly due to the extractor fan not working but nothing that spoilt the nights stay. Staff polite and friendly, food nice and good selection of drinks. And a golf course if you are interested. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The Business " model" felt a bit like cutting corners ,little things eg from a customer point of view . Toilet seat ! So cheap uncomfortable even for slim me, very limited Menu at really unralistic prices ,where you ran out of sausages mid week , in Boston of all places! No worries relating to cleanly run etc but compared to your local competitors At Burton inn and others i would prefer them in future . Kind regards

Go somewhere else for food.

Breakfast was awful. Sausages completely burnt as were the mushrooms. The rest was cold and unedible. Paid £43 for the privilege... Room was spacious, bed comfy.
