Very pleasant would use again

I modern hotel with all the facilities you require. Plenty of car parking space available. Staff were friendly and helpful. As we were not local to the area we relied on the Sat Nav to locate the hotel, it took us to another part of Woodcocks Lane. To programme Sat Nav use Burton Waters.

An amazing hidden gem! A lovely setting, the pub was great with a huge beer garden and play area and the hotel was lovely and clean and VERY quiet - we didnt hear other people inside or out on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Beer garden was right outside our window and very busy with families and kids playing football but could not hear a peep in the room. Room also had air con but wasnt very good, and we used our Shark fan we had brought from home knowing it was a hot weather week. We ate in the pub for dinner on arrival and enjoyed their Curry night offer. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Fabulous location, bus service into Lincoln though walkable along the canal if you like a good walk. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Definitely stay again.
