Hidden of the main road this is a high complex with separated hotel block with maybe 50? Rooms. Room was spotless, quiet and well equipped. Pub/Food. Separate building with extensive menu at reasonable prices. Good range of drinks. Outdoor seating area is hugh with plenty of space for kids to play All in all really good places👍👍

Such a lovely 2 night stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean and lovely hotel for the price paid. Only downside to the stay was that on Saturday night although the pub was over half empty there was over a 60 minute+ wait. So we had to travel else where to eat.

Kelly the assistant manager was excellent. The quality of the cooked breakfast was poor. The site setting is lovely however the property does require some upgrading and perhaps a deep clean would be desirable.

Excellent value room with comfortable beds. Very quiet area with a very pleasant canal walk. Pub next door is a typical Marston affair, everything was served hot. Breakfast choices all fine.
