Communication though Expedia app was easy and thorough. We were only there overnight for a concert and the weather was terrible so we never saw any staff but the room was great. What a cute and pleasant surprise. The location is a but weird, you have to say that, but you are literally one mile from downtown, and very easy to visit your student. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, had everything you need for a short stay, cute common area to chill, and a great bath. We mostly loved the beds and the mattresses. Probably one of the best mattresses I have slept on for a long time. We will definitely be back on our future visits
