So happy to have found this delightful motel. Rooms were immaculately clean, owners were friendly and really helpful with planning routes/activities around the National Forest, and the motel's location was ideal for exploring. Woodstock was 5 minutes south of us, and had everything we needed for our short stay...breakfast (Riverside Cafe had awesome coffee/tea/homemade baked goods), snacks, gift shops, ice cream, supper (Woodstock Inn and Brewery had great food and service). Mount Washington was a beautiful 40 minute drive from the motel. The pool was clean and easy to access. Plus the kids and I enjoyed playing volleyball and bocce ball on the grounds as well. We couldn't have been happier to have found this gem.

Loved the cottage with its screened in porch. Very cozy, quiet, convenient to both Lincoln Woods and Franconia Notch trailheads. Would definitely stay again; we have stayed at most of the hotels in Lincoln and this was one of our favorite ones.
