Discover serenity and comfort at this 3-bedroom home in the heart of the Village Residential area of Lincoln. Step into the yard and immerse yourself in your own cozy oasis. Relax in the saltwater hot tub, letting your worries dissolve beneath the stars. With ample outdoor seating, it's the perfect spot for unforgettable evenings with loved ones. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, while plush beds ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Walking distance to downtown Lincoln and minutes away from NH's White Mountains.

In addition to the other spaces we have photographed, there is a wonderful front porch where you can enjoy the view of the neighborhood. We recommend using the porch for your morning coffee or tea (you will notice the birds like to join you in the shrub next to the porch).

Our house is walking distance to lots of local restaurants, shops and a grocery store. On a beautiful and warm evening, this is a great benefit!

The neighborhood homes have small yards and are very close together. In order to stay in harmony with our neighbors, we do use a noise decibel monitor near the hot tub to help us ensure quiet hours are honored.

The White Mountains holds a special place in our hearts and we love to share our recommendations with guests. Please feel free to reach out us directly through VRBO messaging with questions you may have during the booking process.


There is free parking for 2 cars in the driveway. During the spring, summer and fall, we do allow a 3rd car to park on the grass, next to the driveway. In the winter, if there is snow on the ground, this 3rd spot is not an option. Unfortunately, there is no on-street parking allowed.

This house is beautifully decorated with top notch fixtures, high end finishes including granite counters. We stayed during Christmas week: charming decorations including a Christmas tree and garland. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly: multiple storms during our stay & the snow was cleared at dawn even on holidays! The hot tub and outdoor area is fantastic. They came and cleaned the hot tub during our stay & got me a new can opener as the old one was dysfunctional. A welcome tray of treats greeted us including hot chocolate, candy and popcorn. The beds are extremely comfortable upstairs with soothing art and charming decor. The kitchen is well equipped: high end stove/oven, good array of pans and utensils. Big fridge with ice/water dispenser. The grocery store Price Chopper is right around the corner. We ate in mostly, and I cooked a wide array of things easily. There are a number of restaurants within 5 minutes too. The coffee/tea station has a French press coffee pot, a combo Keurig single & 12 cup drip pot plus a hot water pot. Also many board games and cards.The Wifi is fast. The smart Roku TV was great: you can simply sign into your own Netflix/Prime Video etc apps and stream. Downstairs laundry room with lots of supplies. Extremely quiet, no traffic noise at night. Lovely birdsong and great mountain views. Overall: a charming immaculate house in a quiet neighborhood with attentive hosts and an outdoor hot tub with mountain views

Immaculate house in a great location. I think the house is actually better than the photos! Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are comfortable and the outdoor space is fantastic. It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants in Lincoln and a great base for all activities in the White Mountains. Would love to return sometime!

Girls Trip

It was me and my sisters and Nana on a seven day vacation. When I tell you a home away from home.How comfortable and amazing the location of this place is. I would recommend it and would go back if I get the chance. They communicate well. We had issues with our other stay and they were able to accommodate last minute. Truly thankful and would recommend staying here. The hot tub is amazing and the food recommendations on point. Really the whole group loved it.

Get away from the chaos of society

This was an amazing way to go someplace quiet and near nature while also being close to a bunch of great breweries and restaurants. We loved walking to different restaurants and then coming back to relax in the hot tub. The house was very cozy and the owners have a great binder with ideas fir your stay and restaurants in the area.Quiet and relaxing stay!

Great location, beautiful property

The arrival/departure process was super simple and the hosts were very informative. The property was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect! It would have been good to know how close the house was to the neighbors because we were traveling with 4 children but we did not experience any issues.
