Welcome to Martha's Bed and Breakfast, a beautifully restored 1909 mansion listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in Lincoln's distinguished Sheridan neighborhood, Martha's is minutes from the University of Nebraska, Memorial Stadium, the Haymarket District, and the Nebraska State Capitol.

This 8,000 square foot home was originally built by local lumberman Frank M. Spalding and has been lovingly preserved to blend period antiques, Art Deco details, and Louis XVI touches with every modern comfort you need for a relaxing stay. Each guest room is individually designed with its own character, featuring premium mattresses, plush bedding, down comforters, plush bathrobes, and a private bathroom.

Beautiful Historic Home

Beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. We held an extended family gathering at this historic home and Todd was a wonderful host! Our family of 18 had a great experience and plenty of space. Highly recommend Martha's BNB.
