Our apartment features a beautiful and stylish interior designed for comfort and sophistication. Lincoln Centre, with its fantastic bars, restaurants, and shops is on the doorstep of this secure and well- kept apartment block. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the balcony or relax in the evening whilst enjoying views of the marina, populated with many characterful house boats.
You will also be just a short distance from the Cathedral and Castle in the historic Bailgate area.
Stepping through the front door of this exquisite one-bedroom flat, you will find the modern bathroom to the right and directly ahead, there is the cosy master bedroom. To the left, you are led into the heart of the home: a spacious, open-plan living area, a seamless blend of a Lounge, Diner, and Kitchen. This inviting space also features a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, overlooking the beautiful Brayford Marina, home to many characterful house boats.
Guests have access to the entire property.
