Due to the perfect location--you are able to walk to many restaurants, shopping centers, hiking paths, or walk to the beautiful Pemi River from a path directly onsite, ensuring you will always have plenty of activities!

We love hosting and are excited for our guests enjoy our fully renovated studio style condo complete with a comfortable queen size bed, a sleep couch, brand new full kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, 50" Smart TV with numerous channels, private balcony and fast Wi-Fi.

Contact with the owner was excellent throughout the process. Once we arrived and we’re in the room. I had a couple questions and they were answered almost immediately. The condo was clean, plenty of towels. Toiletries were available. Coffee maker was on premises. Our hosts were wonderful! Scott was very responsive and helpful. The condo was located 5 minutes from Loon and there is a ski shuttle Friday - Monday. The condo was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hot tub and sauna were great after a day on the slopes. We didn't use the game room but it would be nice for kids. Nice common area in the lobby if you have a big group.
