The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the daily essentials that you would need for preparing meals as well as a dining table and seating area to enjoy meals from. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, cookware and tableware.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is are two bathrooms. One is a w/c on the 1st floor with a toilet and sink. The other is on the 2nd floor and has a shower, bath, toilet and sink.

Getting Around:
Walking - There are many amenities within walking distance including Lincoln City Centre, Steep Hill and Brayford Water.
Car - The A46 is just a short drive away and provides access to neighbouring towns and cities. For Parking, we would recommend either the City Hall Car Park or The Lawn Car Park. All of Lincoln’s major amenities and attractions are also within driving distance.
Taxi - We would recommend A2B Cabs or Handsome Cabs. Uber does not operate in the area.
Other Things to Note:
𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐘:
* A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions.
Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
PARKING:
There is no parking available outside the property, so we suggest parking at either City Hall or The Lawn car parks.
