The electricity was out right after we arrived stayed out most of the night. We were not given any type of water, no compensation and not even an apology. There was nowhere to buy water or even get bottled water throw a couple of vending machines but they were cash only

We stayed in the area across the street from main Lobby. It an old building and the floors are noisy when walking and can hear and smell (weed) everything the neighbor is doing. But we liked the property snd the comfy beds and enjoyed our stay.

The staff were wonderful. Nice resort and full of accommodations. Breakfast not included though. Room was cozy, but a bit older mattress and bathroom outdated. We will be back another time definitely.

The bedroom had not had the toilet cleaned in possibly months, and as such there was the most disgustingly awful urine smell that permeated the bathroom! Toilet was stained brown, it was so dirty!!! We literally had to buy cleaning supplies in order to stay the night. It was late and we were very tired. The next day the maid still didn’t scub the toilet. Would never recommend this place.

Room is big. Friendly staffs. Nice hotel with the surrounding, back pond, bridge, mill wheel. The only downside is the room’s air conditioning unit making a bit loud tick sound when it runs.

Very good, enjoyed stay. Star off for buffet instead of menu for dinner and food quality (fine, but not great). Staff was great though! And beautiful views and peaceful place to stay. Also enjoyed the live music.

The place is so terrible, if you saw the room is annex building, run! It’s so noisy I can’t even sleep for 1 hr. And nothing was on this side. Days inn next to it is much better than this one

The main part of the hotel is fine, but the walk ways leading to the rooms on the second floor are questionable. I’m wondering if it structural sound. The beds are uncomfortable.
