We were surprised at the ease of check in, adjacent parking right next to the Pinnacle Bank Arena, great staff, really great breakfast, and the roof and bed were excellent. This is one of the best hotel stays I have had in several years

The room was excellent. The hotel is excellent. The staff are excellent. I will return soon. One selfish suggestion is that I would have liked scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet. Also, across our hallway, a dog was left alone for quite some time and it howled a lot. I am much less concerned about the noise than I am the dog in situations like that. Guests may need a reminder that animals need to be attended at all times. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Everything was good until the next morning. After running the shower for several minutes, the water never warmed up. So we had to take cold/lukewarm showers. Very disappointing.
