Easy check-in. Room was a bit tired, however, bathroom was superb, I'd guess at recently refitted. Great location, car parking for £10 is bargain in Lincoln! Would visit again for sure.

Room clean, but very dated. Bathroom modern with modern shower with lots hot water. Had to askfor room change as only tiny tiny window, in alcove in first room. Was staying over Xmas. Staff very professional and friendly. Came back early Boxing Day as car park filled up, I got the last place. When I asked, the receptionist told me I would get my money back if no parking spaces.

Didn't have breakfast there. Room was terrible dated and very basic and over a carpark but the worst of it all was the extremely uncomfortable springy bed. I don't expect to pay what we did for the rubbish bed we got I would let me dog sleep on it it was so uncomfortable Come home with a bad back.
