Property was clean and well maintained. The hotel gets the basics for us really well, including a modern clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet but efficient HVAC system, friendly front desk, good breakfast buffet selections, easy parking and close to hiking trails, the Kanc, and restaurants. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Did not use Gym. Room air conditioning was good. Staff was cooperative. The major challenge we faced was poor WiFi connectivity. Raised this issue with the front desk staff. My three days booking was a waste as I could not use basic internet or video chat. Be aware of this. Inspite of telling the front desk no improvements seen. Very disappointing. Good breakfast spread overall but limited vegetarian options. So for those who are vegetarian this may not be a good place for breakfast. Cafeteria staff was good and hygiene was excellent. Many good restaurants are nearby. Housekeeping staff good and ensured clean room every time. Overall stay was good but expectation with Holiday Inn express was much higher and it was disappointing.

Not fancy but perfect for a quick family trip

Stayed for 1 night while visiting the Flume Gorge and Clark's Trading Post. asy check in/check out process. Room was comfortable and well kept. We used the indoor pool and it was small but my kids enjoyed it. We were impressed by the variety of the free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
