Room climate was amazing, room gets very dark and the bed is cozy. However, the busy highway traffic is loud and had we not brought our sleep machine, it would've been a rough night of sleeping. Friendly service, nice assortment for breakfast and walking distance to all the great restaurants & bars of Haymarket

A/C was fine. Parking they ran out of spots. Also we were there 3 night and had no maid service the entire time and kept having to ask for towels. the drain in show was broken. Went to ask for maintenance and couldn't get fixed until the next day. Not great.

The air conditioning was amazing. Parking was a slight inconvenience because we had to park across the street and not on site on site. The staff was great though and very accommodating and fixed our tv for us.

We had a great stay. However, when we arrived we found out that they charge an extra $20-30 a night for parking which I hadn’t seen until we arrived, and also hinged on events happening in the area. Mind you, that’s why we were there—for a concert. I booked the hotel because it was walkable to the venue. I just felt a little taken advantage of. Second, we arrived early in the morning around 1 am, and the front desk clerk was borderline rude. She was almost irritated that we had shown up, and had to come back to the desk. It just wasn’t the warm or welcoming hospitality I was expecting. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and it is in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for walkability to Pinnacle Bank Arena. But call and ask about the parking fee, we were not expecting it, but paid it anyways because we had driven a long ways.

Easy check in, welcoming staff, breakfast buffet was a lot more than expected which was nice. The parking situation is interesting. The underground parking is user limited and tiny spots but they have a bigger space to park across the street too.
