Our stay there was alright. The room was clean, and the location was great. However, we asked to have the bed made and was told that housekeeping was only every other day (we stayed for two nights) Was greatly disappointed that our request was not accepted which made us feel that we were not a priority. We realize we only stayed for two nights but it was our little get-away and we feel as though we paid for it when renting the room and it should have been addressed...

The overall experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement — especially with the breakfast. It was advertised as a buffet, but the selection was quite poor, which is disappointing for a Hilton property. Additionally, the bathroom had no lock, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. I can’t imagine a bathroom without a lock — this was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like that at a hotel

Clean, comfortable room. Always a very nice experience with Hampton. Check out the Gorge nearby if you are just passing through. It’s worth the 90 minute detour.
