South Mountain Resort Lincoln

This is my 2 bedroom timeshare which i have owned for decades. For more pictures google South Mountain resort Lincoln, New Hampshire . Located at South Mountain Resort Lincoln Nee Hampshire. Sleeps 6. They call it a one bedroom bc they consider the other bedroom not to be a full bedroom which makes no sense. It has no closet and its door for privacy is a heavy slider that locks it off from the livingroom otherwise it's just a cozy bedroom. We are weak owners not points. The king size master bedroom has a private bath plus a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. It has sliders that go to a deck. The second bedroom is a cozy lock off bedroom that has a double bed and a door with deck access. Both bedrooms have tvs as well as a TV in living room/kitchen area The smaller bedroom has a sliding door that closes off from the livingroom for privacy. My unit is first floor and overlooks the pool. The views are absolutely stunning. The Pemigewasset River is right behind the South Mountain Resort. The second full bath is located off the kitchen and has a full size tub/shower. Full size kitchen fully stocked so you can cook (if you want to) There is a queensize sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Laundry is complimentary. Coffee is complimentary. Housekeeping is available daily but will only help you if you ask. Otherwise they only clean up when you leave. All linens are provided. There is a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub and sauna, plus an outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub as well. There's a small gym and a game room. It is right in the heart of downtown Lincoln next to Loon Mountain. Absolutely terrific location. Enjoy the fall foliage and hiking as I can't make it this year! Available this year only June 26-July 3 . There is always something going on. Theres tons of stuff to explore. I can turn you on to which hikes to take and the best things to do depending on your groups needs.
