The post code for the hotel on the web sitter odd wrong so finding the place is a bit tricky as it is in a business park with no signs to give s clue as to where it is. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable clean with a good a sized bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had stayed at the same establishment when run as a Travelodge and Ibis. It seems to have lost a little glamour from those days, but still serves its purpose. On checkout I did inform the management of the unbelievingly noisy occupants who had checked in late evening when most had gone to bed.....as I had. Shame about that. Spoil an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. When you entered, the first thing that greets you is the fresh smell. Everything was so clean. Greeted by a staff member who spoke like he was in the ritz hotel. Old fashioned customer service. Wonderful! Room was clean, even the toiletries in the bathroom were good quality. Restaurants nearby. So pleased that we found this gem! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Newly refurbished rooms are excellent. Very clean. Staff are friendly and exceptional. Lots of free parking and rooms are quiet. Next door bar/restaurant and over the roundabout KFC & Costa Coffee. breakdast and hotel bar. Great for a place to break up your journey or if you want to be near Lincoln, Newark or Grantham without being in the centre. Much better than Holiday Inn Express. Great bed & walk in Shower with added posiitive of a shower mat. The current Hotels.com rating does not reflect the hotel, cleanliness, staff and quality. For the price excellent value and as a ringing endorsement I would definately stay again. lets have more of this hotel brand
