Friendly welcome. Clean comfortable room, clean & well equipped shower room. Restaurant only a short walk away. Had evening meal & breakfast. Excellent American style Rib Restaurant. Handy for Lincoln bypass, with easy access to Lincoln.

Well located, comfortable and clean Motel.

A very clean, well located, comfortable and practical place to stay. In easy reach of Lincoln and Newark. Pleasant and helpful staff. Next to its own restaurant if you sont want to travel too far.

Lovely place to stay for couples

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. Greeted and explained everything including how if I take my card over to the restaurant I will get a discount on food, I have been many times before but never been told this. The card didn't work at first and the lady at reception worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue and gave me a working card. The room was lovely the only gripe I would have is the shower was leaking where it connected so wasn't as nice as it could be but that would have to be the only gripe with the room at all. I told the receptionist upon leaving and she apologised and thanked me for letting me know. It was a nice cosy room for a couples get away. Perfect and just what we wanted it to be.

Worst nights sleep in a long time.

The room was shabby and the bed was really hard and lumpy. Bedding smelt dirty and was scratchy. Horrible stay. I used to stay often and it’s gone really downhill. I won’t be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Had a dripping tap notified the desk and they said will sort it. Only recommendation to put a sign at the bottom of the stairs to tell you the room numbers would help people funding their rooms without going back to reception would stay there again

What a find!!!! Never come across Damon before but very impressed with hotel and room (comparable with Premier Inn). Cost of double room very competitive with Travelodge and Premier Inn. The Damon restaurant on site served up a good range of American inspired dining at reasonable prices (with hotel stay discounts). All staff well trained and very attentive.
