Property is old and in need of updates. Room I was in was clean enough (would love to see a hotel actually clean the electrical outlets behind things) but had stains on ceiling from obvious water damage in past. Also, the shower head was dirty (hard water maybe?)and there were chips in the surface of the shower itself.

There was mold growing on the walls above the shower and there was mold on the caulking in the shower, baseboards in the room were filthy. Carpet was starting to come up where it meets the tile flooring. In the game room you could tell there had been a leak in the roof and when you walked on the floor in that area it felt soft. Power went out in our building for about 2 hours the first night. The cabins that are owned by Days Inn behind our building had power and the building down the street had power. Very disappointed in our stay considering what we paid.

Staff was great. Room was pretty clean. The pool and hot tub were nice! The ac wouldn’t stay on. And could hear the neighbor next door all morning. No toiletries in the room besides a bar of soap. Not worth the price we paid

The room was not clean. The floors weren’t cleaned it was so dirty. The bathroom shower was gross. I had to go get my own cleaning supplies just to make it more comfortable to stay in. They should really consider getting new people to clean the rooms. The conditions was not great at all.

The ac was not working properly. The shower bath have water clogging issue and it takes time to goes off. Swimming pool was good. Breakfast was average. Second day there was no yogurt. The boiled egg was cold. They could have some scramble egg in the menu. Lot of smoking smell in the lobby area.

We had the 3 bedroom cottage. It was very old but accommodating. The stairs were very steep and short- dangerous! The breakfast was not much at all- out of yogurt, oatmeal. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Rooms are dirty. AC unit is too loud. Faucet knobs are broken. Breakfast was good. Paid $350 for this room because of the fall color season. Not worth it.

I cannot stress enough how much this facility should be condemned and shut down. Blood, dirt, mold, very unsanitary. Did not dare to turn on the AC as it was so full of dirt and mold for fear do becoming sick. Blood on the mattress, carpet, power outlet in bathroom. Hair all over floor in the bathroom Door to bathroom so swelled from water damage from the tub flooding it would barely close. Hair and junk in the bedside table. Phone not hooked up in room to call front desk. It was covered in grime. Mattresses so old they sagged in the middle. Hair in the towels. They should be paying people to stay here
