The complex was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was in a new, furnished, apartment. The staff was polite, personal, and professional. A bonus was the free refreshments (freezies, ice cream). Awesome.

We had an unexpectedly amazing stay at Annabell Gardens! The unit we had was updated and felt like an apartment as it had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom w 2 queen beds & ensuite full bath, and the upper loft area had a king bed w ensuite BA along w a washer & dryer. Breakfast was great and the grounds were immaculate. Staff was very friendly & accommodating to any extras we needed. We greatly appreciated the pet friendly policy. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good. The only comment I would have is make sure you are scrapping and salting the stairs after snow storms. Ours was not scrapped and it became really icy. With the stairs being the only way the only way in and out of the second floor hotel room it is a huge liability. I actually slipped and slid down several stairs when exiting.

Female staff Weekend morning female kept rolling her eyes and making remarks that were offensive. The afternoon female who was on a power tripdue to the fact the GM was on vacation..we spent close to $3000 in 23 days we stayed.. the housekeepers never came by..we washed our own linen and towels . Never took garbage i took garbage to dumpster almost daily.. $3000 for some free ice cream ...save your money folks...usec "STAYBRIDGE SUITES EAST.. CHEAPER and no one rolls their eyes at you and runs your credit card w h en you tell them not to
