The good - great instructions to get there and ease of getting in. Everything you needed to cook meals and hot tub was fab and ready to go when we arrived. Beds made up and plenty of space. Facilities good The ok - furniture a bit tatty, cleaning not so great - pet hairs all over and needed a good dust. No door mat so carpet was filthy and it smelt of wet dogs (other peoples). Shower hard to get right temperature, was hard to turn temp down as cold tap hard to turn. Couldn't watch on demand tv, wifi was poor but finally managed to get Netflix on last night. Only 1 key between 5 of us! Hot tub rules - way too many and told needed to limit using it to 15 mins a day- I’m I don’t think that’s fair. The rules should be on the details before you book if they are that strict! The poor - caravan was in a park but it was an additional £150 to get in the clubhouse or restaurant/outside area. No mention of this in the facilities and couldn’t get passes as had to get them from the host so not able to use any facilities other than shop/chip shop on the park.
