The property is oceanfront and all rooms face the ocean. Hearing the waves and watching watching the tide roll in is wonderful. There is a common area patio facing the ocean that is spacious and relaxing. Parking can be tight but just be mindful when coming and going.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. This hotel is tucked in a nice quiet corner, which is great for relaxing.

The view is fantastic from all floors. Located on a dead end st offers a quiet, low traffic stay. Private access to beach. Downtown is a walkable distance for most. Staff is friendly and some of the lodgers seemed familiar with them. Having regulars speaks to their hospitality. The only real draws backs are the small parking lot with tight turns and the lack of elevator for the less mobile folks. I will absolutely stay here again. Maybe next time I’ll bring my dog.

A cute little place tucked away from the busier parts of LC. It has a lovely little patio with gas fireplaces and direct access to an amazing beach. The views from the rooms are fantastic. If you can't lug your luggage up stairs, make sure to get a ground floor. Parking is plentiful but tight if you get there late.

Nice view but too loud for good sleep

Impossible to get a good night's sleep here. Walls were paper thin with people talking loudly half the night, car alarms going off and doors slamming. Probably would have been ok without all that, but hard to be objective. Appreciated the bidet and beach view.
