The hotel was great. The staff behind the desk was great. Housekeeping could have been better. There was confusion the first day. Second day the room could have been cleaned better. Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The room was awesome and clean. The view amazing, a little obscure because of fog and heavy rain but was able to catch a beautiful sunset and moonset. TheFireplace warm. We did call maintenance for a minor issue and they took care of it right away!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Our room was in great condition and impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of fun little touches like a french press coffee maker and Portland Roasting Company coffee. The fireplace was lovely. The hot breakfast was good.

Mistie at the front desk was friendly, and the checkin was quick and without a hitch. I Loved the room! The view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the surf throughout the night was wonderful. The fireplace and the seating was cozy. The bed was very comfy, and I slept really well. Overall the room look very fresh and updated. The only thing that was not perfect was the standard ho-hum breakfast offerings, just like every other hotel everywhere. It would be great if you could make this a little more special, give it a little more charm. But I will certainly come back to this hotel! I look forward next time to being able to enjoy the outdoor firepit - too much rain this time. Next time!

I recently attempted to check in at this hotel and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The front desk staff member, Mel, spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She made comments suggesting that guests “like me” were not welcome, which was both inappropriate and unsettling. Even though I had my 6-year-old daughter with me, the situation escalated unnecessarily, and she ended up calling 911 without any reasonable cause. I remained calm throughout the interaction and was simply trying to check into a reservation I had already made. This experience left me feeling unsafe, unwelcome, and extremely disheartened. No guest should ever be treated this way. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that proper training is provided so that no other family has to go through a similar situation.
