The room was very clean. Each person that helped us at the hotel was especially kind. Also, there were some extras that made it feel like they really cared (salt-water taffy, fresh double chocolate chip cookies, soup for the evening). The bed were very comfortable, too.

The staff were great, but this hotel is in shambles. Filthy carpet throughout. Mold on the walls. The entire place smells of wet dog. Hot tub not operational, and pool was cold and had gritty debris on the bottom. There's a water leak somewhere in the building too, and water is draining out of a LIGHT FUXTURE in the car parking area. It leaked the entire time we were there, so certainly not an isolated incident. No toiletries aside from shampoo/conditioner/soap, and I was denied even an extra towel for my hair. As a coastal resident, I'm embarassed that this is what we offer our tourists & guests who visit our coveted beaches.

The staff was very nice! They had some cookies while we were checking in, and it was nice to eat some hot chili! Room was clean and inviting! The pool and hot tub were great! I would totally be up to coming again! Yummy breakfast!

Staff was super friendly, I overslept from begin awake late due to rude neighbors in the hotel. I woke up 30 mins until check out they offered late check out still had little cold breakfast for us. This hotel is always our favorite to stay at when we come to Lincoln City for a get away. Rooms are always well clean. We plan on returning soon always recommend to others this is the place to come to.

We always stay here when we are in Lincoln City. Room is always clean and the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast food. Warm chocolate chip cookies at 3:00 and chili at 5:00. Can't beat it. And for us, the biggest feature is the pool and hot tub stay open until 11:00pm.

Carpet in rooms have stains and need to be taken out. You can also hear everything in your room from the kids in the pool to the people above you including every time they flush the toilet. The beds were comfortable and it was convenient but parking spaces are also very small.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Hot tub and pool was nice. Good breakfast, and they have chili in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve had a pleasant experience. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but it’s ok. Breakfast was great & a lot of choices. The front desk gave us a great welcome and complimentary upgrade to a room with pull out sofa as we had an emergency and had bring a couple kiddos with us last minute.
