Checking in from a long drive you would think the "hospitality" check in would be pleasant. We checked in at 3:15 Sunday 8/31. The woman was in a snit about something as she acted like she was doing us a favor giving us our room number and key. "Sign here." The gentleman ahead of us got the same treatment. The room was nice although the shower had yuck around the edges.

No one in my party would ever stay here again due to purely that fact the rooms have almost no lighting. There are only two main lights in the room and we had to use flashlight to see inside our own suitcase. On top of that walls are painted dark so we found it depressing. The rest of the hotel was nice. The chlorine in the pool was way too strong. Many people mentioned it.

We were not happy that we paid for a King Suite and they said all they had left was a handicap Suite. That is not what we booked. They put us in a so called Double Queen Room but the beds are more a Double not Queen and we didn’t get a refund for getting put in a cheaper room.
