Assez bonne expérience mais avec des vrais points négatifs

Points positifs : appartement très bien situé. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très sympathique.Très bonne literie. Calme. Draps et salle de bains très propres. Points négatifs : les parties communes sont très sales et délabrées, investies par les pigeons, vitres cassées non réparées. L'équipement dans la cuisine est à revoir totalement : peu de verres, poêles autoadhésives très abimées, étagère cassée, lave vaisselle en panne, frigo dysfonctionnant faisant énormément de glace et fuyant. Les vitres auraient pu être plus propres ainsi que l'intérieur des cheminées. On sent que c'est un appartement qui est très peu habité, qui se dégrade à vitesse grand V et que le propriétaire n'a pas l'air de s'en soucier. Dommage car la restauration était bien faite.
