the hotel looks nothing like the pictures, the reception looks new and fresh however the elevators are only big enough to fit 2 people in and the bedrooms look like they havent been decorated since the 1960s, everything was very old and tired. considering how much we paid for this hotel me and my partner were very disappointed with what we got

Family trip

We celebrated my wife's birthday with kids and grandkid. The service was great and attentive to our needs. When my daughters boyfriend got sick the staff was very helpful and supportive. The food was excellent with lots of options every evening without getting bland or repetitiv. The pool area was good with many options. Can recommend it

It’s listed as 4 star but certainly it’s not. Staff are great, friendly smiles everywhere, breakfast is average. No concierge, no locker room for luggage, small and slow lifts that don’t fit in the luggage trolley, no drinking water in the room (gotta buy it)
