My stay at Sonesta was excellent! The location is great, the staff is very serviceable and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the housekeeping staff kept my room looking lovely. I stayed at this hotel for the Lima Marathon. Its located steps from the start / finish and the team even kept the breakfast very late so I had a chance to eat after the race. I highly recommend this location!

An excellent value. Relatively new, clean and well kept. Very well located, in the heart of the Miraflores district. The reception staff is my only complaint. No smiles, antagonistic, unprepared to deal with guests.

I cannot recommend Sonesta highly enough!! The location was great with a small store to grab water, drinks and snacks across the road and multiple options for dessert and meals all around. The beds were so comfortable and house keeping was wonderful with chocolates or cookies for turn down service at night. The staff went above and beyond for us packing breakfasts for us to go when we had a 5am excursion and flights to leave at 1:30am. When I left my phone in an Uber by accident the front desk staff were extremely helpful and necessary in my getting it back the same night. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone to.go there.

Great value. The property is relatively new, clean and well-maintained. The door, cleaning and restaurant staff were all great, very warm and helpful. I had a poor experience at the reception most times I had to interact with them after having stayed for 4 nights. With the exception of one lady, who struggled with the systems to help me extend my stay, I never got a welcoming smile. Not sure if they're too afraid to make mistakes to take care of guests, or if they're not prepared enough to do the handling work.

Clean room, good location and friendly staff. Our safe and fridge both needed replacing and it took multiple asks to get it done but this is par for the course here. Room maintenance was pretty minimal - basically just made the bed. The morning we left for the airport there was no running water and we had to go showerless to the airport which was disappointing. Again, bad communication is par for the course and not necessarily a Sonesta-specific problem.

Amenities were short than minimum. For a 3 star hotel and the rates charged I would say consider going elsewhere. Staff is unfriendly when it comes to visitors and family members coming over to stay. It's my first time seeing this type of harrasong policies.

El hotel está muy céntrico en un buen barrio (Miraflores). El personal fue sumamente amable y muy eficiente. Nos quedamos en un cuarto con terraza, que es una sala con un escritorio, y muy amplia la habitación. No había ruido, pues las ventanas están selladas, por lo que dormimos muy bien. El desayuno muy completo y los meseros muy amigables. La verdad una muy grata experiencia en general.
