The room needs to be aired more. There was a mold odor in the whole apartment. We had to keep the windows open during the night. Other than that it was perfect for big families

Good location

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable with all basic essentials for a short term stay. The only thing was that they do not accept credit cards for payment and so I had to give over US$960 cash which I wasn't expecting. Other than that every thing was good.

Better to pay when booking on-line option.

Mostly I recommend that you book and pay online with Hotels.com as check in becomes a problem, management expected cash and had penalty for using credit card that was expensive. They did accommodate changing check in guest names and held our luggage after check out which was very flexible and much appreciated.

Good Location but very busy, quite some noise

Location was great there is a metro stop near, restaurants, supermarkets, stores at walking distance but the windows were not noise proof, therefore during the night was hard to sleep. No water at 11pm until the morning. I recomend it only for a short stay otherwise you can get a good hotel for the same price.

It is a confortable place, with everything the things you need as a family in a trip. The location is excellent and there is a supermaket and a cafe across the street.

Great location!

We really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was very roomy and close to everything we enjoyed. The echo from the freeway and traffic around was a bit loud in the morning but it was tolerable. Great reception and very secure...that we loved! The owner was very responsive when we had needs and would definitely return! Thanks!

Muy bien para un par de noches

No es un hotel, son apartamentos muy cómodos. Si la estadía es corta estos apartamentos son geniales, pero si se va a quedar más de 3 días tiene que saber que no hay limpieza ni servicio a la habitación.

Bien ubicar, pero debe mejorar.

La dueña es muy amable, pero si se debe tener cuidado en cuanto a aseo y utensilios. Cuando llegamos había una olla con carne podrida, y si bien se nos ofreció otra habitación, esta iba a ser interna, sin vista de la ciudad (lo cual es lo ideal) y al mismo precio. Recomiendo pagar en dólares porque abusan desconsiderablemente con el tipo de cambio. No hacen cambio de toallas. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

Vergognoso e pessimo il servizio di hotels.com

Purtroppo non posso esprimere nessuna opinione perchè nonostante avessi prenotato con hotels.com ed avessi ricevuto la mail di conferma della prenotazione, quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che non potevo soggiornare perchè non c'erano appartamenti disponibili. L'amministratore è stato gentilissimo e molto cortese. Ha provato a mettersi in contatto con hotels.com ma nessuno a risposto. Ritengo pessimo e vergognoso il servizio offerto da hotles.com e di sicuro non lo utilizzerò mai più , sconsigliandolo (vista la mia esperienza) anche ad altri amici che conosco.

숙박 내내 주인의 얼굴은 볼수없고, 돈받을 때에만 아르바이트 직원을 만날수있다. 가스가 떨어져도 화장실 휴지나 수건을 더 얻고싶어도, 묵묵부답. 관광에 관한 정보도 전혀 없고, 돈 내고나면 얼마 안되는 모든 서비스는 끝난다.
