Redibuk has few properties in Lima, At first I rented another apartment but because it was being remodel, they offered me a”comparable’ property which sadly I agreed upon not knowing that this new apartment was located on one of the busiest streets of Miraflores. This kind of info would have been RELEVANT to us, since we are retired and not the party kind! But they did keep this viral information for us! When we get to the “comparable apartment” we were surprise hat my son and my brother who live in Lima, were NOT allowed to enter the property that I have rented for 9 days. They said that if he wasn’t on the Expedia reservation. He could not enter the property. I advised that they both resided in Lima and reiterated that the apartment was only for me and my husband. But to no avail! During my 9 day visit my son couldn’t enter the apartment. They stated that the have a “NO visitor policy” which it was NOT true or perhaps not in the fine print. Which I read since my idea was to have family to visit me in the apartment that I rented with that intention. It was really disappointed not being able to enjoy on my vacation. Please i advise ANYoNE who wants tofrom this company… NOT rent from REDIBUK
