The staffs were very welcoming and helpful but we need to use Google translate to communicate. Our bedroom has 2 queen size beds and they have heavy odor on pillows, comforter, and bed covering. They definitely need a completed replacement. The Bathroom door was making loud noise when tried to close it.

They charged me a tax despite the fact that I demonstrate that I wasn't a resident of Peru. They kept asking for a document that Peru 's IRS (SUNAT) didn't require in their website to demonstrate residency overseas.

Ok for a few nights.

Nice room; modern and clean. Room was spacious with kettle, tv, bottled water and usb sockets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not a huge choice but enough to get the day started! Coffee machine available 24/7 in reception. Unfortunately roof top hot tub was not functional, and indoor pool looked grubby so didn't use. I was not overwhelmed with the friendliness of staff.
