=> After CHECK-OUT, if you have flight in the afternoon/night, we have a 100% secure private personal storage in the building. You can store your belongings for a few hours at NO COST.

Walking distance to the seawall where you can see the best ocean view & sunsets, Kennedy Park, close to malls, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, cinemas, artisan markets. Minutes from Larcomar and the best tourist areas of Miraflores. Furthermore, the apartment is walking distance to the beach and parks where you can do outdoor sports such as paragliding, yoga, surfing and more.

The building is located in the center of Miraflores which is the safest area in Lima. There are police on every corner and security cameras on every street.

Getting around

Walking is the best way to get to know the neighborhood.

TAXIS: It is super easy to take taxis via smart phone apps.
METROPOLITANO: The closest Metropolitano Station is Ricardo Palma, about 10 blocks away. Use this service to go to the historic part of town in downtown Lima: Main Square, Government Palace, Cathedral and San Francisco Church!
