Criminal property They overbook and send you to cheaper Ibis hotel at the same price No apologies No help No compensation They wait to you to arrive in the middle of the night to tell you the room is not there anymore. They had all day to reach out This is a scam I was traveling with elderly parents Imagine being in the night in another continent and find out that suddenly you don't have the room you paid for anymore

Honestly the only problem with this place was my check-in process. I've never had someone act rudely during a hotel check-in.. I was surprised. I think it had something to do with me being a gringo. She scoffed at my passport, expressed disdain audibly, rolled her eyes, etc. Its a working professionals district, tons of banking offices. Nothing really to see but is good stop if you need to get to the bus station in la Victoria. Otherwise, I would never stay here.
