Worse worn down hotel ever in middle of nowhere

It looks nothing like the pictures, the hotel is completely worn down, I have not had such a disgusting food in a long time . And it’s middle of nowhere so u can’t even get anything else. Some of the staff I must say is friendly but then others are very unfriendly. Almost nobody speaks English .

Horrible! This is the first time my family and I stayed at VPX hotel since the management change and will never stay here ever again. Previously all A/C worked, the hotel was well maintained and the food was excellent about a 3.5 to 4.0 star hotel. All rooms A/C did not work and the weather was 88 degrees F, had to pay for all meals at the time of order instead of at checkout and the staff definately catered to the lower Peruvian standards. Also concerned over the electrical connections... Again, DO NOT STAY HERE, this company lost a valuable and loyal customer.

La Piscina tenía vómito, y no siguieron los protocolos correspondientes. Dejaron que las personas sigan entrando y no hiceron nada al respecto. La limpieza de mas habitaciones los hacen con trapos húmedos y toda la habitación huele a abombado. Los baños no los limpian bien, huelen a orina. Nach 2 jahren sind wir wieder zurück ins VPX gekommen. Dieses mal mit 1 kind 1.5 jahre zusätzlich und unserem 1 kind 4 jahre die das Hotel schon kannte ( 2024), anstatt Bongalow hatten wir Suite 2 queenbetten. Reception ======= Der Check in war schnell ca 10 min und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Freundin (peru) musste dieses mal , in Gegensatz zu den letzten 2 male , KEINE steuern für Peruaner bezahlen da In der Schweiz wohnhaft. Ein Haartrockner kann man gegen Abgabe DNI beziehen. Zimmer ————- Die Suite hat im Schlafzimmer 2 Quensize und TV, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa KEIN TV mit kleinen Kühlschrank und Esstisch ,Badezimmer mit Badewanne/dusche , Einbauschrank mit Safe. Das Zimmer war genug gross für uns 4 pax ca 40m2. Leider war der TV wo wir schlafen und es konnte kein TV geschaut werden wenn Kinder eingeschlafen sind. Um das Sofabett zu beziehen fallen 25us$ pro Nacht an. Sollten aber 3-4 Erwachsene im zimmer sein fallen die Gebühren aus. Restaurant ~~~~~~~~ Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ( eigene Milch für Kinder aufwärmen) Ganz besonders hat uns der Service von ROYCE gefallen der uns am ersten Abend bedient hat. Jeden Tag ,egal wo wir in angetroffen haben , hat er uns begrüsst , war fröhlich , gut gelaunt und immer super nett zu unseren Töchtern. Die eine junge Dame ( weisses Hemd schwarze anzughose) Hat uns am Pool ein super Mittag service geliefert. Stets freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut wir hatten Clubsanwich

Para empezar, no hay un orden en recepción de check in y check out, es un desorden completo, las chicas muy lentas, hay dos chicos parados atras de ellas que son solo sombra porque no te ayudan en nada. Pague mi reserva por Hoteles.com donde ya indicaba que me habian cobrado los impuestos y cargos, aún asi, me cobraron USD 16 mas por impuestos hoteleros. Todas las veces que separo hoteles por esta pagina nunca me han cobrado de más. Es la primera vez que me pasa y estuve muy incomoda, muy aparte que me tuvieron como una hora esperando a que me atiendan. Para el precio que cobran, las instalaciones deja mucho que desear, muchas cosas oxidadas en la habiatación, en el baño, cañerias, mayolicas, etc. NO HAY WIFI, terrible eso y la piscina grande se veía super cochina, no daba ganas de entrar. Fui el sabado 24 y me retire el domingo 25. No recomendaría a nadie el lugar.

No parece ser un hotel de cat. de 5 estrellas

Llegamos y la habitación no estaba disponible, esperamos mas de hora y media, las instalaciones en gral no estában limpias, pedí colcha a la media noche y se demorarón una hora en traerlas. No es un hotel para 5 estrellas, no hay forma, más que todo parece un club campestre. Hay zonas que las áreas verdes están muertas por falta de riego. Las maquinas del minigimnasio totalmente oxidadas y en estado de abandono.
