FIRE HAZARD /DIRTY

BE AWARE!! This apartment is inside of building with 5 doors to open to get in through small hallways/elevator that in case of fire I can’t make it out on time. The pillows was really dirty from a lot of use (need to be replace). I cancel immediately but host didn’t refund so I have to pay for hotel too that was cheaper with breakfast included. I did the worst decision choosing this apartment please don’t make same mistake. Ten Cuidado con este apartamento que está localizado en un edificio con 5 puertas para entrar con pasillos/elevadores estrechos que en caso de un incendio no saldrían fácilmente. La almohada estaba súper sucia por uso excesivo (necesitan comprar una nueva). Yo cancelé inmediatamente pero no me devolvieron el pago completo or parcial y tuve que pagar adicional por un hotel que era mejor y más barato con desayuno incluido. Tome la peor decisión al escoger este apartamento por favor no cometan mi mismo error.

Quick Stay

This place is good for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. It’s very tight, the check in process was a little complicated with multiple door codes but the host did message us with thorough instructions and was responsive when we were missing a key. The apartment was a little run down and there seems to be a moisture problem because there appeared to be some mildew in the apartment.

Absolutely The Best Location

This place is right in the heart of everything! I absolutely loved this location. The check in process was very easy and the host was great with communicating everything. The place is very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Unbeatable location and completely secure

We felt completely secure in this property but it was easy to get in and out. The location right across from Kennedy Park made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants and find our way back. The property was clean and well-equipped, and air conditioned! I would stay here again.

Right off Kennedy Park

It sits right across the street from Kennedy Park. Best Location for Miraflores. Apartments was Clean and everything a person would need. Quiet all the time. huge tv, great hot water. great for up to 2 people. Property manager was great. had plenty of security and used passcodes so no loosing a key. Would stay here again if I ever come back.

Perfect Miraflores location

Just like VRBO should be, as pictured lovely place with very pleasant and helpful host. I used kitchen extensively, and bed had a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Directly across the street from Parque Kennedy, steps from restaurants, stores, bars, grocery and phone stores. Taxis always available. Everything was just right, couldn't ask or hope for better

Clean Safe Quiet Convenient

This newly remodeled flat was very safe with double pain insulated windows that let me walk out the door and enjoy the busy commercial area of Mira Flores without hearing any outside noise. All the windows open so when I wanted to listen to the city I opened the windows. I loved having my own private washer and dryer! The streets of outside the building were so clean and full of security and I felt very safe at all hours even though I was traveling alone. I’ll be staying at this property for all of my Lima visits! LOVE IT!!!! 🌺Thank you🌈💖💫 💥💫Keep being AMAZING! 👍💫💥YOU ROCK!!!💥☀️💫☄️
