Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Lima traffic is horrible and it takes a long time to go from one place to other, so keep that in mind when selecting this location. Hotel itself is very good and close to grocery and restaurants.

It was a short stay. Let for Cusco the next morning. Everything was nice! Easy check in. Room nice clean. Roof top pool, jacuzzi, gym equipment and city view. Breakfast was plentiful. Centrally location to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! 5 stars!

The hotel was okay, staff was a little on the frigid side. Didn't go out of their way to please you. The breakfast was the same every day, not exactly appetizing. More like an extended version of an American continental breakfast. The gym was nice but I didn't try the pool. The bed was good but the pillows were lumpy. All in all not a bad place, just not great.
