The room was spotless. The hotel is very nice and well located. Breakfast was outstanding and the overall experience is great. I highly recommend this for tourism and I’m pretty much sure that it’s also a good business spot.

Disappointing stay due to poor management and communication I stayed one night at Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro (booked via Expedia with VIP perks) and was very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional— even a simple request for bottled water was refused. I was promised a call from a manager the next morning, but no one contacted me. When I followed up, only a supervisor was available, who did not speak English. The bathroom was not functioning properly, and the shower had extremely poor water pressure. At breakfast, staff could not explain ingredients despite my food allergies, which is unacceptable for an international hotel. Overall, this property shows poor management, inadequate maintenance, and lack of staff training. I would not recommend staying here.

I love to stay in this hotel. Near to everything. Safe area. Katia and all the staff are wonderful. I offered some ideas to the restaurant, and they appreciated them. It was my third visit to Dazzler in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. I will be back. Nice swimming pool and gym. Thank you to the staff. They really made my stay very confortable.

The breakfast was really poor. No fresh bread rolls or cakes to finish the breakfast off. The things on offer were not replenished very well and on a number of occasions I had to ask for items to be replenished. Also I didn’t think the breakfast area was that clean. I had nearly a month in Peru and this was by far the worst breakfast. The rest of the hotel was ok but I think it is looking a bit tired.

El front desk muy desorganizado, se ve desordenado, el personal es amable, pero en general están colapsados. El desayuno es pobre, no se condice con la categoría de hotel. El restaurant malo, hay peleas internas entre el personal, se olvidan las comandas, se equivocan al cobrar. La carta del room service no tiene opciones saludables. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece. No hay opción de recargar agua en ningun lado, algo que muchos hoteles de esa categoría, al menos 1 agua de cortesía brindan. La habitación muy bien, muy cómoda y bien aseada.
