Certainly stood up to its award. The Crowne Plaza was clean, friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast AMAZING good service and selection. We staid two nights and explored miraflores the old town. Would highly recommend for short stays. The swimming pool however small and jacuzzi was closed due to maintenance. Good gym facilities basic but modern.

Terrible decoration of the hallway. Bad condition of the lifter, Bad condition of the magnetics cards, falues and you need to return to the front deck to change it... We were a family of 5 visiting from the states. Hotel is well situated in Miraflores. We walked everywhere, only needing Uber when it was out of the area like Centro Histórico. The breakfast buffet is nice even though it was not included in our hotel package, but it was convenient. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Kennedy Park is close by as well. Overall good experience. They have dispensing shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower. You don’t need to pack extra toiletries. It’s not miniature in size. The rooms have a mini fridge. The only thing I was disappointed with was the room coffee maker. I could never get it to make American coffee, just expresso. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I found the property to be clean in the rooms and common areas.
