Why on earth dont the black out curtains close all the way??? There was a street light just outside my window. Luckily i had a hair clip that was able to do a fair job of holding them together but that is just ridiculous!

The property is very convenient. However, I stayed 4 nights and did not receive any clean towels, emptied waste baskets, or any other services. I was told if I needed anything I could ask as the desk, for towels trash bags. But I do not feel you should have to ask for the basic services. I also do not feel they should charge 200.00/night if they aren't going to change the sheets, towels or vaccum. I understand cost have gone up but when your staff is only cleaning the room once a week that is less laundry, people. And the carpets are/were terribly dirty.
