We arrived quite early in the morning from a long flight and much prior the check-in time. However, Ms Yasuri at the front desk kindly arranged for a very nice alternate room to be ready in no time. While our stay was of only 2 nights, the comfort of our room and of the facilities was apparent. Upon check-out, Mr Joseph was most helpful, requesting our comments on things that could be improved. We had 3 observations: 1. the bar door should self-close as its music is very loud and floods the reception area; 2. the reading room at the right side upon entering the lobby used to have a nice feeling of coziness and elegance with beautiful art and furniture before; it was replaced with a large soul-less meeting table that does not portray the status of the facility; 3. the service door in the lobby to the side of the elevators leading to the interior service hallways should always be closed, as guests awaiting the elevator have the view downgraded by this sight. This is probably my 10th time staying in this very cozy, friendly and incredibly well located hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, either for business or for vacations. It is a well kept secret in San Isidro, Lima. Sincerely, Harish

The room was not sound proof as promised . I never slept in the hotel. I had to stay in the my car over night to avoid being a single woman alone on the street of Lima. I have a video showing the desk attendant promising a full refund. Lima is a very corrupt city. Selected because of the views of the park and the location. Very fancy nice hotel with "SOUND PROOF ROOM " Listed right in the description.

Personal de recepción distraído poco amigable

El personal de recepción muy distraído, éramos tres personas pusieron una cama, luego nos cambiaron a otra con dos camas, en ninguna había vista al Golf, parecía como si nos hicieran un favor. Todos los días había que recordarles que faltaban toallas y champú para tres personas incluso indicaron que las pondrían al día siguiente alguien debería decirles que eso no se dice a un cliente, favor las necesitamos ahora, Instalaciones antiguas pero conservadas, Sigo esperando los comprobantes de pago que no me los dieron cuando me retiré, indicaron que los mandarían a mi correo. El restaurante muy bien en el desayuno, y su personal muy atento
