Very quiet and clean property. I enjoyed a 6-night stay. The staff were amazing, plenty of parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. A/C worked great.

I thought I was staying with Wyndham and not a Motel 6.... my room was shabby at best.... the TV was old and somewhat cloudy and there was a nightstand that wasn't fully affixed to the wall so it was at an angle. The shower plug was not attached to the pipe and they had no shampoo in the room..... The staff was very friendly though! The free breakfast was not up to par either.... waffles and hard boiled eggs.... or a microwave sausage biscuit.

It seems that they do not have designated non smoking floors the hallways were filled with smoke that was very thick. Although once in the room you could not smell the smoke but for a non smoking family with Asthmatic children it wasn't comfortable. It was the closest place I could find near my sons college.

My room had a horrible odor like sewage in the bathroom . We got in late and I didn’t have the energy to ask for a different room so we dealt with it. When we checked in, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell several times but no one came for 5 minutes, no apology. I went to check out at 4:30 am and the desk person was sound asleep on the chair in the back office. I left my keys and walked out without he/she even knowing. Security is obviously nonexistent if the desk person is MIA or sleeping.

There needs to be a flapper replace in the toilet in room 108 it's leaking. Other than that it was perfect. We love this hotel and will return! My son, daughter in law and twin grandbabies live in Erwin about 10 miles from this hotel.
