The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They honestly made our stay absolutely wonderful. Although the room was very clean and quiet, I did expect it to be more up-to-date for a 4 star rated hotel. Lastly, I was disappointed with paper cups and instant coffee packets for the room.

Girls weekend away

The hotel was really nice, good breakfast, nice comfortable bar area. The rooms are average size, but have a really lovely bathroom. Very comfortable beds, I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!
