En fait de maison individuelle il s'agit d'un appartement en Duplex, rez-de-chaussée plus étage avec un second étage occupé par un locataire dont on entend tous les mouvements. Et quand de surcroit il a la bonne idée d'inviter de nombreux amis et de faire la fête jusqu'à 4h du matin...Alors certes tout est propre et les lits tout à fait corrects. Attention toutefois à l'escalier qui est casse-figure et sans rampe. Bref, on est donc quand même loin du compte.

Très bon séjour

Maison très bien située si vous êtes marcheur. Il y a de la documentation pour les visites sur place. Nous avons tout fait a pieds. Tout proche des restos. Les coins est tranquille attention par contre tout les stationnements sont payant à Lille !

Bien situé , coccimarket proche, propriétaire arrive rapidement en cas de problème, le seul inconvénient et le stationnement, mais nous avons toujours pu nous stationner à proximité. Il ne faut pas hésiter à louer,
