Unique 35-square-meter apartment in Lille. This beautifully decorated apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay (fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, linens, etc.). The property is ideally located near Jean-Baptiste Lebas Park and just a short walk from public transportation to the city’s main attractions.

A complete baby kit is available (travel crib, folding high chair, changing station on the washing machine with a mattress, potty, booster seat, baby bath support, etc.). Bedding is not provided for the travel crib.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in the check-in time, which shifts from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The property accepts only the number of adults specified on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation is confirmed and at check-in.
This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or other similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.

If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time—namely, 10:00 a.m. on the last day—without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a late check-out fee of €55.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of €150 will be charged to your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.
