The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities. The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. Check in was easy enough.The room was clean.Thats the good stuff. Bed was rock hard,pillows cheap rubbish.TV didnt work and adjoining door couldn't be locked(lost the key)Shower rail was loose.Payed for parking when i got there,on my 3rd night i was locked out of my room,receptionist informed me THEY had made a mistake and only charged me 2 nights parking,instead of 3,they then found it fit to lock me out of my room over their mistake,locked out over €6,i was not impressed to say the least. You can hear all the rooms around you,everything.Wont be using there chain again,terrible experience.

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.
