Set on a spacious 1-acre lot with room for recreational vehicles, this home is conveniently located in southern Anson County with quick access to Hwy 74, NC 145, and U.S. Route 52. You’ll be just 15–25 minutes from major towns and medical centers in Wadesboro, NC, Rockingham, NC, Chesterfield, SC, and Cheraw, SC. Amway Data Center 23 minutes away, Rockingham Speedway is only about 30 minutes away. Utilities are included.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag all trash and place the bagged trash in the roll cart in the backyard. Extra trash bags are located in the bottom of the 13-gallon trash can in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Trash is collected every other Saturday after 10AM. All trash must be bagged and placed in the large trash bin out back.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed anywhere outside of the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be collected for smoke inside the home.
Gatherings loud music or noise are not allowed. 6PM is quite time.

This review is based on our experience we stayed for one month. this place is clean as you arrive and the ambient so calming great for a weekend or even a week , yet this home is not built for long stays the bed will hurt your back and space was not designed for comfort but a place to sleep. Communication with the host was minimal as it took a couple of days to get a reply unless they needed something from us, drainage system works great till after 2 weeks of stay it doesn't get the pressure required this being fallowing rules to not flush anything while using restroom. This caused an issue with trash it got full quite quick and in no place it stated that we were needing to pay extra 40 to have the trashcan emptied which is a violation from vrbo. Please check your trashcan before you walk in or it will count as your trash only 2 times in your stay will it get picked up with no charge. But being honest a solid 3 with all that happened in a month I would set the place at a solid 4.5 in appearance and location ...Recommendations, a luggage table would facilitate space and a bigger trashcan.
