The room has central A/C and has a King bed and a Queen pull-out sofa bed, perfect for all sizes of gatherings.

This unit is privately owned, has been upgraded, and offers excellent value compared with booking through the resort. Guests will have full access to the OUTRIGGER Kauai Beach Resort grounds including four sparkling pools, two hot tubs, waterslide, direct beach access, pool & beach loungers, pool volleyball, beach bar, celebrity-chef driven restaurants, nightly live entertainment, fire pit, state-of-the-art fitness center (24/7 access), business center, concierge for activity planning, 24hr front desk, and on-site guest laundry facility.

The secluded beachfront resort is close to the airport and centrally located between the north and south landmarks on the island of Kauai. Please note the resort charges nightly parking fee that is paid directly to the resort and there is no street parking available.

Please note the following policies:
- Parking fee is NOT included in reservation. Price is $40/night plus tax paid directly to resort at check-in.
-Check-in time is any time after 4:00PM at Front Desk in Lobby (ID and credit card required upon arrival for any resort charges - parking, meals, drinks, etc.) Check-out time is 11:00AM.
-Resort Fee for entire stay, allowing all members of your party to enjoy all resort amenities.
-No daily maid or turndown service; mid-stay cleanings are available and can be arranged for a fee (includes cleaning, trash service, and replenishing towels). Please submit a request at least 24 hours in advance for details and to schedule.
-No Pets Allowed at the resort.
-No Smoking (in room or on balcony). Please see designated smoking areas located on-site.
