The hotel was under construction and we were not notified. It made getting to our room highly complicated and hard to get to ect. I booked hotel beacuse my kids saw the picture of a water slide. It was closed and so was the hot tub.

Was under renovation, so was very difficult to get around the property. Pool shack wasnt always open and available for things.

I didn't like that the hotel is under renovation or that I had to walk outside to get to my room from the main lobby which did not feel like a main lobby. I had to take 2 elevators and go through 2 buildings to access the pool. My husband got bit from bed bugs.

You were doing some remodeling at the time of our stay but the employees were GREAT. It would be nice to upgrade the pool bar and the pool area and have the pool bar open a little longer for booze and food, its a very romantic area. Also it was nice that you had a GYM and I got my workout in, but the GYM also needs a facelift. I"am looking forward to my next stay at your beautiful Hotel in the future I would stay there again. Oh I have one more request, possibly have a dance floor at your restaurant for the old patrons LOL.

The property is under major renovation. What is open is broken and dilapidated, with significant deferred maintenance. The spa, the Main lobby, the Main dining room, the Bar/lounge, and the coffee/pastry shop are all closed. Outrigger purchased the failed property a year ago and is funding its investments by deceiving people into coming to its resort. Absolute fraud

The bathroom needed better cleaning. There was a lot of hair from other people on the shower floor and the walls, and the room didn’t have any convenient outlets, so we had to ask for an extension cord.

The staff at this resort were so kind and helpful. The amenities are great and room was clean on arrival and was cleaned nicely everyday we were there with fresh towels.

Absolutely beautiful views and great room! We had the junior suite to allow more room. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up. They have Starbucks coffee in the store in the lobby. The staff are friendly and great. They are doing some construction on some doors and such but they are mindful not to make it too much at one time.

Remodeled partial ocean view room was nice, most staff very friendly. Pool water was a little too cold and getting pool towels was not always easy - sometimes had to go all the way back to the lobby to pick up and drop off towels. Lobby / common area construction was sometimes noisy during the day, and made getting around difficult. I'd maybe stay here again but not until remodeling was complete

We were in dire need of a room because of a United flight cancellation. The Outrigger had a room for us with a comfortable bed, clean, and in a beautiful hotel. We were very thankful to have a room within 5 miles of the Lihue airport. However, because our rebooked flight was 25 hours later, we needed to pay to extend our room stay. This was unfortunate and a nuisance but, still, this was a great hotel.
